SLA Targets
Set remediation time targets for vulnerabilities by severity.
SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets define how quickly your team should remediate findings based on their severity. The dashboard tracks compliance against these targets.
Default targets
| Severity | Default SLA |
|---|---|
| Critical | 48 hours |
| High | 168 hours (7 days) |
| Medium | 720 hours (30 days) |
| Low | 2,160 hours (90 days) |
Configuring targets
- Go to Settings > SLA Targets
- Set the number of hours for each severity level
- Click Save
Targets must follow the hierarchy: Critical ≤ High ≤ Medium ≤ Low.
Use the Reset to Defaults button to restore the original values.
How SLAs are tracked
The dashboard's Overview page shows SLA compliance metrics:
- Findings within SLA
- Findings approaching SLA breach
- Findings that have breached SLA
This helps your team prioritize remediation and maintain compliance with internal or regulatory requirements.
